These terms explain how ShapShap bookings work, what fans and creators can expect, and how the approved seven-day refund policy is applied.

1. Using ShapShap.
ShapShap is a marketplace for requesting personalised videos from participating creators. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.
2. Your request.
Your brief must be respectful, lawful, and suitable for the selected creator. We or the creator may reject requests involving harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual content, unlawful activity, political endorsement, misleading commercial claims, or anything that could reasonably cause harm.
A creator may make reasonable wording adjustments while keeping the spirit of your brief. A booking is for a personal message, not a guarantee that every requested phrase will be repeated exactly.
3. Price and payment.
The total price is shown before payment and charged in South African rand. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once ShapShap verifies the payment.
4. Seven-day delivery and refunds.
The creator has seven days from confirmed payment to deliver the personalised video. If the video is not delivered within that period, you qualify for a full refund. A refund is complete only when the payment provider confirms it; bank processing times may still apply.
If you believe a delivered video is unusable because it materially ignores the accepted brief or has a technical defect, contact us promptly at support@getshapshap.com.
5. Personal use.
Unless ShapShap and the creator agree otherwise in writing, your video is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with friends, family, or the intended recipient. You may not use it as an advertisement, imply an endorsement, resell it, edit it misleadingly, or use it to train an AI system.
6. Availability and responsibility.
Creator availability can change and the service may occasionally be interrupted. ShapShap will take reasonable steps to keep orders, payment status, and delivery secure, but does not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Contact and governing law.
These terms are governed by South African law. Questions, complaints, and refund support can be sent to support@getshapshap.com. The final production terms will also identify the contracting legal entity and its formal notice details.
